Blueberry Tequila Smash
Prep Time: 7 mins
This twist on a smash combines tequila, lime,
blueberries, and mint to make a colorful, tasty cocktail that’s easy as all
smashes are.YOU WILL NEED
2 oz tequila
1 oz lemonade
1 ½ oz blueberries
measured in a jigger½ regular-sized
lemon cutMint leaves
Garnish: mint leaf, fresh blueberries, lemon wheel
(note: I used lemonade, but fresh lemon juice and simple syrup can be used)
DIRECTIONS
In the bottom of a mixing tin
put a small handful of blueberries, enough to fill 1 ½ oz in your jigger. Add
simple and cut up lime and muddle well until the blueberries are broken down.
Add lime juice if needed. Add mint leaves and muddle just 3 or 4 times, lightly. Add tequila, ice and shake until very cold. Double strain into a rocks
glass filled with ice if you’re feeling fancy. Or just dump into a double rocks glass, adding ice as needed. Garnish with mint, blueberries and lemon wheel. -
Kiwi Margarita
Prep Time: 5 mins
Make margaritas in a new way to enjoy an old favorite.
YOU WILL NEED
1 Ripe Kiwi , peeled
2 oz. (60 ml) Tequila
1 oz. (30 ml) Triple sec
1 oz. (30 ml) Fresh
Lime Juice2 teaspoons Sugar
(optional)
Sugar or salt for the rim(optional)
kiwi slice, for garnishDIRECTIONS
Rim the ridge of your glass with a lime wedge and dip in a mix of coarse salt or sugar. Fill the glass with ice. In a cocktail shaker, combine the tequila, triple sec, kiwi, sugar, triple sec and lime juice with ice, and shake for about 30 seconds. Pour over ice and squeeze in lime slices and add a new kiwi berries or kiwi chunks.

Gin and Toxic
Prep Time: 5 mins
Upgrade that gin and tonic with cream soda and equally delicious add on to traditional Tonic Water!
YOU WILL NEED
3 ounces (1/4 cup plus 2 tablespoons) gin
1/2 ounce (1 tablespoon) fresh lime juice
2 ounces (1/4 cup) tonic water
2 ounces (1/4 cup) cream soda
Lime wedge or slice
Ice
DIRECTIONS
Fill a high ball glass with ice. Add gin and lime juice. Then top with tonic water and cream soda. Garnish with lime wedge or slice.

Paloma

YOU WILL NEED
1 1/2 parts Casamigos Reposado Tequila
3/4 part fresh grapefruit juice
1 splash grapefruit soda
1/4 part agave nectar
1/3 fresh lime juice
(note: I used a grapefruit cocktail juice with fresh grapefruit chunks squeezed in, I also used simple syrup)
DIRECTIONS
Add all ingredients but soda to shake well with ice. Stain into a glass and add a splash of the grapefruit soda.
