SET UP & BREAK DOWN / ARRIVAL DEPARTURE TIMES

We will always arrive one hour prior to your event.

DO YOU REQUIRE A DEPOSIT? / WHEN IS THE PAYMENT DUE?

Yes, We'll secure and hold your date we'll send an invoice via email for the deposit. The deposit is 50% of the total payment which is due immediately or within 48 hours max.The final payment for the event is due two weeks prior to the event. We accept debit/credit card, via square. You'll also receive an invoice/receipt for the total payment.

CAN I CANCEL AFTER BOOKING?

Yes, however 25% Booking Deposit is nonrefundable.

Under certain circumstances, and depending on availability, we may be able to accommodate one single date change to your event date.
